    Item sent did not match the picture . arrived with no frame, no latch, damaged (bent, badly dented and scratched). Also the hinge was welded on crooked. In their defense once notified of the damage with pictures they were very apologetic and will be providing a full refund of my money and provided a shipping label to return it to Unity bus parts/Custom Bus. A great company to do business with. I have had no problems with any of the other many parts ordered from them. I feel this is an isolated incident and they took care of it right away! Great company.
