- Do not use locking clip to shorten seat belt
- Remove locking clip from seat belts when not being used with child restraint
- Used to Combine a Vehicle's Shoulder Strap and Lap Belt to Thread Through the Belt Loops on Ez-On Products
- Used to lock seat belt when the vehicle has a non locking latch plate
- A non locking latch plate will allow the male end of the buckle to slide though the seat belt webbing freely
- Recommended replacement after 6 years
