Crotch strap can be adjusted to give a custom fit for each passenger. This feature provides the ability to shorten or lengthen the crotch strap to ensure proper buckle placement.  

Pro Tech IV can stay on the bus in seat position or conveniently folds and stores away in pouch. (Not included with this Part)
